Chelsea Lazkani’s parents, Elizabeth and Segun Adefioye are her inspirations. They are the main reason Chelsea has so much knowledge about real estate. Her work ethic, drive, positive mindset, everything was instilled in her watching her parents at work.

So, it’s no surprise that she successfully oversaw more than $10 million in sales, leading her to make her own first home purchase in Manhattan Beach, CA before 2022.

Elizabeth Adefioye worked as the Chief People Officer at Emerson in 2022.

It was only thereafter she joined Emerson and also became a member board of directors of Skills for Chicagoland’s Future.

As for her education, Elizabeth’s an achiever like her daughter. She has a BSc. Chemistry degree from the Lagos State University (1990), a Post-graduate diploma in BA  from Glasgow Caledonian University (2005), and a Post-graduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Westminster (2005).

Meet Chelsea Lazkani Father, Segun Adefioye

Chelsea Lazkani is heavily influenced by her father, Segun Adefioye. No wonder, she followed in his footprints and is now on the top list of realtors in Beverly Hills.

Segun Adefioy was reportedly born on November 13, 1955. That made him 66 years of age in 2022.

Also, meaning, he is 12 years older than his wife/Chelsea’s mother Elizabeth.

Segun Adefioye is an architect who previously worked with NICKSON & BORYS and PARTNERS IKOYI LAGOS (for 5 years) and Seifert Architects (for 2 years).

In 1990, he then joined Planning & Property Solutions as a principal consultant, and as of 2022, he was still employed there.
