BRUSSELS, Belgium (CelebrityAccess) — Adam Lambert and Queen have pulled the plug on their Feb. 8th show at Palais 12 Brussels due to illness.
In a press release, the band said that the band's frontman Adam Lambert had been diagnosed with severe bronchitis and his Doctor ordered 24 hour vocal and bed rest.
"It is not expected that the rest of the Queen + Adam Lambert tour which ends in the UK on February 27 will be affected," a spokesperson for the band said. The band's next scheduled show is Feb. 10 at the Forum in Milan.
“Brussels: sad we had to cancel tonight. The last thing I’d want is to let u down but I’m under doctors orders to stay in bed and get well. Thank you for your understanding and patience. ;)” Lambert tweeted.
“Thanks for the well wishes guys! Send me some healing energy, I’ll drink a ton of water and sleep! Sound like a plan?”
The canceled date will not be rescheduled and ticketholders are encouraged to apply for refunds. – Staff Writers
